You hold a no-obligation, free of charge intake interview in which we discuss objectives and expectations. Together we map out current and desired needs. We agree on the most efficient approach and strategy tailored to your organization and needs. Once these conditions and search strategy are set we get started. We evaluate the state of affairs weekly, adjust where necessary and make this cooperation a success!

When desired tailor-made recommendations to make the onboarding process more efficient and effective can be provided. Estimating corporate culture, and the match between the wishes of the employer and the candidate, is one of my strengths.
Should turn out that I am not the right person for this project, you can expect transparent and honest feedback here as well. I will be happy to refer you to a partner who is more suitable to help you with your question.

My HR career kickstarted in 2010. I learned the tricks of the trade at a temp office but quickly moved towards outsourcing and consultancy companies where I successfully delivered recruitment & selection assignments of white collars.

The people I was looking for at that time were mainly managers within a technical environment (situated in the field of Engineering & Technology, Production, Food, R&D,…) Along the way my portfolio of clients and assignments grew bigger and so I gathered people management experience, leading a team of recruiters.

Then I enrichened and broadened my knowledge deep diving into the world of executive search. Both nationally and internationally I performed searches for IT, FMCG, Retail, and others.
A thorough experience in recruiting sales managers, especially tech-sales, was also acquired.

Depending on the specific project and after an intake interview we can define the correct recruitment solution, discuss your specific needs and define an appropriate approach.
