With over 14 years of experience in HR, I’ve built a strong foundation in recruitment. Starting in temporary offices, I quickly discovered my passion for the field. Progressing to outsourcing and consultancy companies, I honed my skills and focused on white-collar positions, specializing in technical environments and led a team of recruiters, which allowed me to refine my leadership skills.

Over time, I expanded into executive search, handling national and international assignments across various industries.

Today, I offer customized recruitment and headhunting services. Through an initial interview, I understand my clients’ specific needs and tailor solutions accordingly. With my extensive experience and expertise, I ensure top-notch service and deliver high-quality candidates.
