The recruitment process with Julie

Short introductory call

Interested in working with me? Give me a quick call to get to know each other. We’ll have a chat about your recruitment problems, needs and expectations. If we both feel like I can help you, I’ll send you a quote for my services.

Intake meeting

A quick call isn’t enough to really get to know each other. During an intake meeting of about 1,5 – 2 hours I carefully listen to your expectations and take a deep dive into your company’s values, customs and work ethic. In order to find the perfect candidate for the job, I need to know the ins and outs of the company and the team. Together, we’ll craft a customized recruitment solution to find the perfect candidate.

Targeted search for potential matches

After our meeting, I get back to my desk and begin my headhunting search for potential candidates. I know exactly what I’m looking for, so I take on a very targeted approach, contacting only those profiles that are a potential good match.

Selection interviews

I meet with every potential candidate to get to know them better and determine if they’re worth presenting to you, looking not only at skills, but on a deeper level to work ethic and personality.

Presentation of candidates and interviews

If I’m enthusiastic about one or more candidates, I’ll present them to you. You’ll receive their cv and a detailed report about the selection interview. You decide which candidates you’d like to invite for an interview at your company.

Hiring

Found your match? Go ahead and hire them. My job is done here. Unless you’d want some onboarding tips or guidance, then I’ll be of your service during the onboarding process. Take it even further? I offer HR consultancy, assisting you with talent management and employer branding.

Retained recruitment solutions

If you put your full trust in me, and choose the retained recruitment formula, you’ll get a small discount. This way of working means that you pay a small amount up front, and when the candidate signs their contract, you’ll pay the remaining amount. FYI: the retained formula is most commonly applied in high-end recruitment solutions.

I prefer retained recruitment because it fosters a long-term partnership and enables better communication throughout the hiring process. Don’t feel comfortable paying up front? I offer contingency recruitment solutions, meaning you only pay when the candidate signs their contract.
