Short introductory call

Struggling with an HR problem or looking for targeted assistance? During a quick phone call, we’ll have a chat about your struggles, needs and expectations. If we both feel like I can help you, I’ll send you a quote for my services and we’ll schedule a full meeting.

Intake meeting

During the elaborate intake meeting (1,5 – 2 hours) I take my time to listen to your needs and expectations. I take a deep dive into your company and try to understand your working method, values, customs, … Together we’ll analyze your HR structure oand work out a game plan for HR consultancy.
